Utility vehicles on display in traveling road show (with related video)

Club Car will showcase its all-wheel drive Carryall utility vehicles at the 2015 “Top of the Line Equipment Expo” hosted by BlueLine Rental. The firm is a full-service equipment rental company headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas.

The Expo will visit various BlueLine branches from May 28 – July 16 to demonstrate equipment and technology in the rental industry — with a focus on safety.

Visitors can demo the Club Car vehicles and other products, speak to manufacturers’ representatives and get advice and information on the products.

Club Car delivers service through its dedicated rental team in the Utility Task Vehicle (UTV) industry. “Rental customers have access to our staff, which includes technicians who serve only the rental market. This speeds the delivery of parts and services, which is so critical to the rental market,” says David Peterson, Club Car’s strategic account manager, GSA and Rental.

BlueLine is also purchasing a number of Carryall 1500 and Carryall 1700 utility vehicles for their rental pipeline.

BlueLine Rental’s “Top of the Line” Equipment Expos will be held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the following BlueLine Rental Centers:

Mabelvale, Ark.                   June 18, 2015
Oklahoma City, Okla.        June 18, 2015
Forest Park, Ga.                June 18, 2015
Charlotte, N.C.                  June 25, 2015
Springdale, Ark.                June 25, 2015
Sulphur, La.                       July 1, 2015
Turlock, Calif.                   July 1, 2015
Tampa, Fla.                       July 1, 2015
Sacramento, Calif.           July 9, 2015
Arlington, Texas              July 9, 2015
St. Louis, Mo.                   July 16, 2015

About the Carryall 1500 and 1700 Utility Vehicles

Club Car’s rental-ready two-passenger Carryall 1500 and four-passenger Carryall 1700 utility vehicles work like trucks, but cost less to buy and operate, according to the company. “The four-passenger Carryall 1700 is especially popular on construction and industrial sites,” Peterson says. “It carries two crews and their gear, with a cargo bed for an air compressor or other equipment. Yet it costs only about 20 percent more than a two-passenger vehicle.”

Both models feature:
¥    The IntelliTrak automatic all-wheel drive system
¥    A four-link semi-independent rear suspension system
¥    A total vehicle capacity of between 1,200 – 1,600 pounds
¥    A rustproof corrosion-resistant aluminum frame
¥    A two-year limited warranty

Club Car’s rental package on these vehicles includes:
¥    Heavy-duty suspension
¥    Two-inch rear receiver hitch
¥    Sealed CVT cover
¥    Strobe/beacon light
¥    Skid plate/belly pan
¥    Front CV boot guards
¥    ROPS with seatbelts
¥    Deluxe light kit
¥    High-decibel back-up alarm

The video describes the standard on-board, high-frequency charger with an integrated cord retractor that is available on Most new electric Carryall utility vehicles.

How green last-mile infrastructure benefits your community
Overseeing transportation is one of the most important jobs of municipal leaders as it underpins a wide range of aspects within a municipality, including its economy, community connectedness and the health of the local environment. The future of parking in the 15-minute city
At first glance, the 15-minute city spells the end for the parking industry.
