Hans Bouwers, Ron Ross and Troy Crawford
Hans Bouwers, Ron Ross and Troy Crawford have joined Wendell, N.C.-based KIOTI Tractor’s sales team. Bouwers has been named the Canadian national sales manager, Ross has been named the South Central Regional U.S. Territory representative and Crawford has been named the Western U.S. Territory representative.
Bouwers comes to KIOTI with more than 14 years experience in the management and sale of compact tractors, and a background in other equipment sales. His primary responsibilities as KIOTI’s new Ontario-based Canadian Sales Manager will be to oversee KIOTI territory managers throughout Canada, recruit new dealers, assist in sales training and support existing KIOTI dealers.
Crawford comes to KIOTI after working for manufacturers and equipment dealers. For the past four years, he handled a six- state territory for a major construction equipment manufacturer. During that time, he worked with dealer principals, general managers and salesmen to successfully develop sales forecasts and increase market share in their areas. Crawford’s primary responsibilities will be to support KIOTI’s existing dealer network and to help develop new dealers in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana.
Ross has more than 26 years of experience as a territory manager, which includes representation specific to compact tractors. He was the recipient of an agricultural scholarship from the University of Missouri and attended the School of Business at Memphis State University. Ross will represent KIOTI in South Central Texas.
Thom Balistrieri
Ankeny, Iowa-based automotive products manufacturer SPAL USA has named director of consumer sales for 12-volt accessories Thom Balistrieri as director of consumer sales for North America across all company divisions, including fans, blowers and accessories. In his new role, Thom will lead consumer sales for SPAL’s fan and blower product lines, while continuing to manage the company’s line of 12-volt accessories. Balistrieri joined SPAL in December 2007 and has spent more than 30 years in the consumer electronics industry. Balistrieri is a founding member of the Mobile Enhancement Retailers Association and the International Auto Sound Challenge Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree in design and business from Northern Illinois University.
