System can be activated through individual call-out via phone or PC when an incident occurs or automatically through a pre-defined scenario. Tries alternate numbers for busy signals, no answers, or voice mail and tries alternate personnel when the person can’t accept the call-out due to sickness or other reasons. Takes about 1 min. per person per phone line. Automatically handles call lists and call trees, and records responses of contacts in real time. After activation, system handles all communications via phone calls, paging, faxes, or e-mails. On-site or hosted solutions are available.
