GSA’s Annual Expo to Host Thousands

The U.S. General Services Administration's (GSA) International Products and Services Expo 2007 will be held in Orlando, FL, May 15, 16, and 17, 2007.

The U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) International Products and Services Expo 2007 will be held in Orlando, FL, May 15, 16, and 17, 2007. The 13th annual event is designed for all levels of government personnel who make or influence procurement decisions. Admission to the event is free for federal and military personnel and includes free training courses. Attendees can earn Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) for selected, completed courses.

Customer and Vendor Training Sessions will be held throughout Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The sold-out Trade Show Exposition will showcase over 600 of GSA’s commercial partners, covering 350,000 square feet of exhibit space. Each company will feature products and services available through GSA. The Exhibit Hall will be open Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. A free lunch will be provided in the Exhibit Hall from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on all three days.

Plan to attend your choice of over 200 hours of the latest training in Professional Procurement, Program Solutions, Travel and Transportation, E-Business, and much more. Over 10,000 people attended the free training that was offered at the GSA Expo 2006 in San Antonio, TX.

Free meeting rooms are available to federal agencies Monday, May 14, through Thursday, May 17, allowing groups to hold regional or national meetings and still benefit from the Expo training and exhibits.

GSA Preserves the Past, Defines the Future

Founded in 1949, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) serves as a centralized procurement and property management agency for the federal government. GSA manages more than one-fourth of the government’s total procurement dollars and influences the management of $500 billion in federal assets, including 8,300 government-owned or leased buildings and 170,000 vehicles.
