In large facilities that require humidified air for material preservation, consistent testing outcomes and/or occupant comfort (such as hospitals, laboratories and office settings), the High-Pressure Atomizing System provides industrial-grade humidification. A high-pressure pump propels purified, unheated water droplets past a small turbine inside each of a series of dispersion nozzles. The resulting fine particles are quickly absorbed in warm air-handler airstreams or open spaces. Because the atomizer produces no heat of its own, it saves energy. To optimize absorption and save water, the atomizer’s controller monitors multiple conditions and modifies nozzle operation accordingly.
