Economical mower
The turf/commercial Model 120ZT zero-turn articulating rotary mower consumes half the fuel to cut the same amount of turf as hydraulically driven rotaries, according to the company. The unit is suited for schools, parks, municipal golf courses, airports, and sports and recreation fields. It trims close to ponds and creeks, over the edges of banks and ditches, under low limbs, and cuts other hard- to-reach turf areas that would otherwise require string trimming and hand mowing. Its 10-foot-wide cutting width is made up of five fully articulating rotary decks. The mower offers a 27-inch side reach, and its outer decks fold to road-legal widths. Available engines are 33 or 36 horsepower diesel.
