Ideal for protecting combat vehicles, flight-control towers, command centers, federal buildings and similar security applications. Made of polycarbonate sheet, which couples glass-like surface hardness with impact strength. Withstands long- and short-term abrasion. Fortified with a urethane inner layer, which provides adhesive power and helps glazing stay crystal clear. Delivers up to 77% light transmission, yet resists discoloring from UV rays. Measures less than 2 ins. thick. Weighs up to 30% less than comparable glazing. Available in flat and curved designs. Llamas Plastics Inc., Sylmar, Calif.
