Automatic Entrance Control Accommodates Wheelchairs
Catrax Clip features a smaller, paper-clip style, bidirectional arm that enables wheelchairs to pass smoothly through the turnstile. Rounded corners prevent injury or damage. Key Lock access means no exposed screws. Two optical sensors identify direction of passage and control locking mechanism that is activated by electromagnets. In case of power failure, locking mechanism opens in default position and the turnstile moves freely in both directions. External finish is carbon steel with epoxy powder coating. Top panel is high-impact plastic in black, Bordeaux red, or green. (Optional colors also are available.) Stainless steel cover can be customized with entity’s brand identity. Column affixes to floor with 4 bolts. Other options include microprocessor controller board with 4 inputs and 2 outputs; full-range power source, with input from 90 to 250 v.a.c. and output of 12 v., 2 A; pictogram on front side that uses green LEDs to show access and red LEDs to deny access; and electromagnetic card device and card collection box for granting access.
