RS 8500 Ridable saw with Cummins 85-hp., turbo- charged diesel engine powers through concrete for joint repair, concrete removal/patching, and panel replacement. Inline right-angle gearbox configuration uses 14 belts to transfer power to blade shaft for long straight-line and transverse cuts. Extra power transferred into torque keeps 26-in. blade spinning to cut deeper swathes through hard surfaces in fewer passes. Up-cutting blade rotation lifts slurry from cuts. Sealed blade-shaft assembly operates 250+ hrs. before needing to be greased. Also features zero-turn radius, power-assisted steering, and single-handle ergonomic control stick for forward/reverse travel and to raise/lower blade.
