Dyneema HB25 armor currently fortifies tactical vehicles used by U.S. Army. Prevents direct and indirect arms fire, landmine explosives, and artillery fragments from penetrating vehicle cab. Also resists cutting, abrasion, moisture, UV. light, and chemicals. Made of polyethylene fiber, said to be 15 times stronger than conventional steel and up to 40% stronger than aramid fibers. Meets specifications for ballistic strength and light weight. Flexible design can be formed into specific shapes, based on configuration of vehicles cab and controls.
