Registration opens for fleet manager’s conference

Registration is now open for the NAFA Fleet Management Association annual conference.

Registration is now open for the NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA) annual conference. NAFA’s Institute & Expo (I&E) heads to Tampa Convention Center on April 25-28, 2017.

Registration has officially opened at this site. For those looking to save on the registration costs, the association is offering early-bird registration rates until January 31, 2017.

Based on past attendance, about 36 percent of attendees at the I&E show manage government fleets. The Institute & Expo is more than just a fleet trade show, it is an opportunity to network with more than 2,000 fleet professionals from all segments, learn about industry advancements from experts, and experience new industry technologies within the 60,000 square feet of expo space. The Expo Floor consisting of more than 250 companies showcasing their products and services as well as sustainable practices.

The I&E show features two important pre-conference events — the return of NAFA’s International Fleet Academy (IFA) and the new full day for Sustainable Fleet education.

Some key activities at the 2017 I&E show:
–NAFA’s Fleet Excellence Awards (FLEXY) celebration featuring the presentation of industry honors.

–Leading educational opportunities include 45 relevant seminars, seven industry-specific workshops, and an engaging keynote speaker.

–During and before the I&E show, there are industry-specific gatherings such as the Law Enforcement New Product Showcase and OEM service concerns discussion.

–NAFA’s CAFM Boot Camp provides an opportunity for those enrolled in the Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) and Certified Automotive Fleet Specialist (CAFS) programs. Throughout the I&E CAFM/S Boot Camp program, Boot Camp sessions are labeled and targeted to help attendees increase their study power for the CAFM or CAFS program.
