The Green Spider parking lot lighting control device is designed to conserve energy, lower lighting costs and extend the life of equipment while maintaining local lighting codes and security during non-peak hours. The device works with existing parking lot controls (photo-cell, time clock or remote energy management system) and can be installed on any multiple fixture pole. At a predetermined interval, the control turns off up to three individual 1,000-watt fixtures and leaves one remaining fixture illuminated for code and security. At dawn, the control resets itself for the next day’s lighting cycle.
