Mike Mazza
Mike Mazza, vice president of operations for Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based construction company Moss & Assoc., has been named head of business development for the company’s new criminal justice division. Mazza, who works from Moss’ Ocala, Fla., office, has more than 15 years of specialized government experience, with the heaviest focus on correctional facilities. He has constructed jails in Florida, California, New Mexico, Texas and Colorado. Beyond that, his experience ranges from hotels to office buildings to courthouses and includes the Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas.
Sam Miceli
Sam Miceli, plant manager for Oak Brook, Ill.-based Federal Signal Environmental Solutions Group’s (FSESG) Guzzler Manufacturing and Vactor Manufacturing subsidiaries facility located in Streator, Ill., has been named president and general manager for Guzzler and Vactor. In his new role, Miceli is primarily responsible for overseeing and cultivating the business strategies and growth initiatives for both companies. Miceli began his career with FSESG in 1993 at the Elgin Sweeper subsidiary in Elgin, Ill., and has held various progressive manufacturing management positions within the organization over the years. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Bradley University in Peoria, Ill., and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois.
Sheena Coles
Sheena Coles, inside sales and customer service representative for Meridian, Idaho-based AIRE, Inc., has been named advertising and marketing manager. Coles will be responsible for coordinating media exposure, product promotions and all other print and digital marketing efforts for the AIRE, Outcast Sporting Gear and AIRE Industrial brands.
Coles has been working for AIRE the past three years. Before joining AIRE, she worked as a raft guide for Idaho Whitewater Unlimited and as a professional ski patrol staffer for Bogus Basin Ski Resort in Boise, Idaho. Sheena earned her bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship management from Boise State University in 2007.
