A Bradenton, Fla., man was arrested on April 13 after reportedly calling 911 a total of 18 times in two months, according to AP. Manatee County deputies arrested the 55-year-old man when authorities said he called 911 three times. During the third call, the suspect reportedly accused the deputy who had responded to an earlier call of making out with a prostitute who lived across the street from him.
Another deputy responded to the man’s home and learned that he had made 15 other 911 calls since Feb. 15. He had been previously warned not to call 911 for non-emergencies. The man was arrested and charged with misuse of 911.
