Berkeley, Mo., has contracted with St. Louis-based Kwame Building Group to manage construction of the city’s new municipal complex. The complex will include a two-story, 29,500-square-foot city hall and a 17,200-square-foot fire station, and a new police station will be designed and constructed at the complex after the completion of the first two buildings. The complex is expected to be finished by spring 2011.
