URISA seeks conference presentation proposals
The Urban and Regional Information Systems Association is accepting proposals for presentations at its 48th Annual Conference for GIS Professionals.
The Des Plaines, Ill.-based Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA) is accepting proposals for presentations at its 48th Annual Conference for GIS Professionals (GIS-Pro 2010). The conference is scheduled for Sept. 28-Oct. 1 in Orlando, Fla.
Proposals for presentations, interactive discussions, roundtables, and other content should fit into one or more of the conference’s themes: value of geographic information systems, collaboration between multiple jurisdictions and overlapping levels of government, stewardship, data-based decisions, and training and education.
