‘Twas the season for fear at the Tennessee state capitol on Nov. 25 when a suspicious package triggered an evacuation of the building and a summoning of the state’s bomb squad.

The incident began when mailroom workers found a package addressed to Gov. Phil Bredesen that contained moving parts, according to the Associated Press (AP). As state workers lingered outside for two hours, the bomb squad destroyed the package and revealed what was inside — a mechanical toy Santa Claus figure, sent by a company in Georgia.
