Citrix Systems — Doug Couto has been named director of transportation for the Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based company. Previously, he was the agency services information officer for the Michigan Department of Information Technology.
Truck Bodies and Equipment International — Bob Fines, managing partner for Cleveland-based Kirtland Capital and Board Chairman of TBEI, has been named president and CEO of the Eden Prairie, Minn.-based company.
GeoEye — Jeanine Montgomery has been named vice president for accounting and corporate controller for the Dulles, Va.-based company. Previously, she was assistant controller for Alexandria, Va.-based USA Mobility.
Recaptured Energy Technologies — Jim Schofield has been named vice president of business development for the Chicago-based company. Previously, he was vice president of national operations for Santa Ana, Calif.-based Grubb & Ellis Co.
PBS&J — Robert Paulsen, chief operating officer for the Tampa, Fla.-based firm, has been named president. Also, David Maurstad has been named vice president and national business manager for the firm’s risk and emergency management division, federal services. Previously, he was assistant administrator and federal insurance administrator for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security.
Venable — Robert Burton has joined the Washington-based law firm as a partner in its Government Contracts Group. Previously, he was deputy administrator in the Office of Federal Procurement Policy.
