Radar trailer encourages compliance with speed limits
Digibrite Advantage alerts drivers to their vehicle speeds in relation to posted speed limits. Portable trailer features center-pole hydraulic mast that raises to 133 ins. Wide-angle LED readout uses four LEDs per pixel for enhanced visibility of 18-in.-high characters in red or amber. Updates speed in tenth-of-a-second increments. Also features MUTCD-compliant speed limit sign with interchangeable numbers. Weather-tight control cabinet has a backlit LCD handheld controller. Offers vehicle data logging for average count, 85th percentile, 50th percentile and average speed metrics.
