The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has contracted with Atlanta-based AirSage to provide real-time traffic data on some of the state's highways

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation has contracted with Atlanta-based AirSage to provide real-time traffic data on some of the state’s highways and roads.

The Idaho Department of Fish and Game has purchased geographic information system software from Yarmouth, Maine-based DeLorme that will be used to create wildlife management maps.

Fairfax County, Va., has contracted with Toronto, Ontario, Canada-based Nortel to provide a variety of data management services, such as information security.

McAllen, Texas, has purchased software from San Ramon, Calif.-based Accela to track permit and code compliance. Peoria, Ariz., also has purchased software from the company for land management. Gwinnett County, Ga., purchased a wireless system from the company to use for mobile building inspections.

The Delaware Government Support Services has purchased a wireless system from San Diego-based Networkcar to track the movements of 1,800 vehicles in its fleet.

Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kan., has purchased tax software from Portage, Mich.-based Manatron.
