On Thursday, the Missouri Senate passed a bill that would allow lawsuits to be filed against anyone who helps a minor obtain an abortion in another state. According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, it also would require doctors to have privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of an abortion clinic, which could result in the closure of a Springfield clinic. The measure is expected to easily pass in the House and to be signed by the governor. St. Louis Post-Dispatch
