The Commerce City, Colo., City Council has given initial approval to an ordinance that would ban new pit bulls from the city and increase limits on those already there.
The Commerce City, Colo., City Council has given initial approval to an ordinance that would ban new pit bulls from the city and increase limits on those already there.
