Denver and Aurora, Colo., soon will break ground on an 1,800-acre joint development near the Denver International Airport. According to the Rocky Mountain News, the cities will share sales tax revenue from the $1.5 billion development known as High Point, which is expected to create 3,000 new residences and 40,000 jobs.
