The Tallahassee, Fla., commissioners believe with enough incentives, they can influence developers to include affordable housing in their building projects. According to the Tallahassee Democrat, the incentives would fall under an “inclusionary housing” ordinance, which would require 10 percent of a development with more than 50 units to be priced under $160,000.
