Pedal boats offer revenue streams for communities
Pedal Cruisers stand up to high-traffic demands, serving as ideal rental boats for public agencies. Come in 2 sizes: 2-passenger Model PCII measures 9 ft. long, 5 ft. wide, and 2 ft. high; 4-passenger Model PCIV is 101/3 ft. long, 5 ft. wide, and 2 ft. high. Both sizes feature self-draining pedal wells and seats that eliminate need for drain plugs. Any water that enters boat automatically drains back into waterway. Foam-filled pontoons boast unsinkable, safety-minded design, enabling even punctured pontoons to still float in level position. Center-mounted steering wheel allows operation by left- or right-side passenger. As driver turns wheel, boat moves in same direction (similar to a cars steering wheel). Rear deck contains aluminum grab rails. Body consists of reinforced fiberglass, with Ultragel finish in red, blue, yellow, or green. Options range from canopies to stainless-steel hardware for saltwater use. Price: Model PCII, $1,195; Model PCIV, $1,295.
