If Jackson County, Kan., does not keep up the maintenance on the Truman Sports Complex, it will be in default and the teams will be free to go elsewhere.

If Jackson County, Kan., does not keep up the maintenance on the Truman Sports Complex, it will be in default and the teams will be free to go elsewhere.
