Washington, D.C.-based National League of Cities (NLC) will intervene on behalf of New London, Conn., whose eminent domain case will be heard by the Supreme Court in early 2005.
Washington, D.C.-based National League of Cities (NLC) will intervene on behalf of New London, Conn., whose eminent domain case will be heard by the Supreme Court in early 2005.
