Baltimore, Md., Councilwoman Catherine Pugh is asking Baltimore health and school officials why half of the city’s 39 schools are without nurses or health staff. Pugh is introducing a resolution tonight to request an explanation of the deficiency to the council. According to the Baltimore Sun, medical staff cuts were the result of budget trimming to a $10 million program.
