Transportation plan could ease Tucson congestion woes
A 20-year transportation plan currently being drafted by the Regional Transportation Authority could ease congestion through the creation of new roads, mass transit, trolleys, and bike paths.
A 20-year transportation plan currently being drafted by the Regional Transportation Authority could ease congestion through the creation of new roads, mass transit, trolleys, and bike paths.
