In what is being called the most comprehensive health survey in New York City history, city health workers will travel across the five boroughs this summer to identify residents with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. 2,000 adults will be interviewed about their medical histories and undergo actual physical exams at the city health clinics run by city for the New York City Health and Nutrition Examination Survey.
