The Reston, Va.-based American Society of Civil Engineers has published a book detailing ways in which engineers can more effectively work with colleagues and clients. “Managing and Leading: 52 Lessons Learned for Engineers” includes 52 essays on topics such as goal formation and achievement, courage, presenting papers, delegation and teamwork.
