Some city and county officials in Virginia are claiming that the state has been too slow in delivering needed aid in the aftermath of Hurricane Isabel. According to the Washington Post, officials from Newport News, Chesterfield County and Hanover County complained that Virginia had been slow to deliver ice, water, generators and other forms of help.
