Vocational vehicles create a fleet of job-specific trucks
Model 106V joins Business Class M2 line of specialized work trucks. Boasts front-engine power take-off (PTO) to create and enhance operation of snow plows, refuse packers, cranes, and utility vehicles. Front frame extensions (available in 6-, 12-, and 24-in. increments) also provide solid mounting point for snow plows, hydraulic pumps, and winches. Vehicle offers up to a 55 wheel cut to enhance maneuverability. Aluminum, corrosion-resistant cab comes in a range of configurations, including an extended model, with optional bench seating in front and rear. Low-profile dashboard and 2,500-sq.-in. windshield provide driver with expansive view. For driver comfort, features include cushioned, high-back seat; leaf-spring suspension that reduces road vibration; insulation package that absorbs noise; and HVAC (heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning) system for optimum, interior temperatures. Select from a range of engines, manual or automatic transmissions, front axles (from 10,000 to 20,000 lbs.), and rear axles (from 21,000 to 46,000 lbs.).
