Documented e-mail service
RPost provides e-mail proof, privacy and electronic signatures, and offers an E-Contracting Solution, which permits the sender to attach a contract to an e-mail on which the receiver can handwrite a mouse-scripted signature. The signature becomes electronically sealed to the contract. The company then provides both parties with the signed-off contract, which is admissible in court. Governments can use the company’s e-mail services as proof of receipt of enforcement notices with time-related deadlines, to expedite collections with proof of collection notice delivery date, to prove correspondence, to enhance the ability to enforce collections penalties and to expedite collections (as a replacement for certified and return-receipt mail).
