Whither goest thou, ARRA?
Along with building bridges and paving roads, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) contains money that can be used to improve information technology (IT) infrastructure. However, a survey by Austin-based Dell Computers shows that many public-sector IT professionals are unsure about how they can use the money.
