Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati — Tony Parrott has been appointed the district’s interim executive director. Previously, he was the director of the Butler County, Ohio, Department of Environmental Services.
Metcalf & Eddy — Chandra Mysore has joined the Wakefield, Mass.-based company as vice president. Previously, he was the national director of drinking water treatment for Houston-based Veolia Water North America.
The International Right of Way Association — James Finnegan, senior vice president of Tulsa, Okla.-based Universal Field Services, has been named president of the Torrance, Calif.-based association.
Edwards and Kelcey — Jack Lettiere has joined the Morristown, N.J.-based engineering company as senior vice president. Previously, he was the commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
TransFirst — Walter Patterson has joined the Dallas-based company as senior vice president for the Government Services Division. Previously, he was a senior vice president for Dallas-based Affiliated Computer Services.
Wastequip — Greg Guard has joined the Cleveland-based company as president of its West Coast Group. Previously, he was a vice president for the Western Group of Houston-based Waste Management.
American Water — Kent Turner, vice president of business development for the Voorhees, N.J.-based company, has been named president of the company’s California operations.
