HDR — Elwin Larson, executive vice president for the Omaha, Neb.-based planning company, has joined the New York-based Earth Institute of Columbia University’s Global Roundtable on Climate Change.
SunGard — Gil Santos, president of the Wayne, Pa.-based computer software company’s SunGard HTE division, has been named chief operating officer for the company’s new public sector group. Tom Huber, president of SunGard Higher Education, has been named president of SunGard HTE.
Georgia State Road & Toll Authority — Rosa Rountree, acting executive director of the authority, has been appointed executive director.
Black & Veatch — Larry Jaworski has joined the Gaithersburg, Md.-based company as a vice president in the East Region. Previously, he was a principal at Chicago-based Greeley and Hansen. Also, Chris Mueller has joined the company as regional director of tunneling. Previously, he worked for Oakland, Calif.-based URS.
IMLCORP — Wayne Greenberg has joined the Marietta, Ga.-based company as chief operating officer. Previously he was a principal at Duluth, Ga.-based Craven Management Consulting.
