Regenesis Bioremediation Products — Robert Kelley, product manager for the San Clemente, Calif.-based company, has been named vice president of technology development.

Federal Signal — Ron Schmidt, general manager of Federal Signal subsidiary Jetstream of Houston, has been named vice president of technology development for the Oak Brook, Ill.-based company.

American Water — Donald Correll, has joined the Voorhees, N.J.-based company as president and CEO. Previously, he served as president and CEO for Merrimack, N.H.-based Pennichuck.

Fairfax County, Va., Department of Transportation — Kathy Ichter, former chief of the Transportation Planning and Operations Division, has been named director.
