Title: Director of Citizen Services Ð Essex County
Salary: $55,000 – $85,000
Job Description:Acts as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Department of Citizen Services, one of the eight Executive Departments. The Department of over 1,000 employees is responsible for the administration of all services to individuals and families. Oversees the Divisions of Welfare, Aging, Youth Services (Youth House) and Consumer and Constituent Services. Responsible for a 68 million dollar budget.
Requirements:Advanced academic training and significant practical experience in at least one (1) discipline of the Department. Excellent administrative ability and interpersonal skills. Applicants should reside in Essex County or commit to reside in Essex County within 12 months of hiring.
