The International City/County Management Association and Public Technology, Inc., have released the results of the “E-Government Survey 2000.” The study examines the way in which local governments use the Internet to deliver interactive services and information to residents, including online payment of tickets, fines and taxes; voter registration; and fulfillment of requests for local government records.
