Indiana: Public Question 1 (legislative amendment) provides the constitutional right to hunt and fish. Passed.
Kansas: Constitutional Amendment 1: gives constitutional right to hunt and fish. Passed.
Massachusetts: Question 3 (initiative statute) requires giving farm animals enough space to lie down, stand up, move their limbs and turn around. It also bans sales of eggs, veal or pork from farms where animals don’t get such conditions. Passed.
Montana: I-117 (initiative statute) forbids traps for animals on public land. Did not pass.
Oregon: Measure 100 (initiative statute) forbids the sale of animal parts from 12 endangered species. Passed.
