The Bush administration announced Wednesday that it wants to allocate federal security money to states facing the greatest risk of terrorist attacks, according to the Associated Press. Using that criteria, seven cities „ New York, Washington, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, San Francisco and Houston „ would share nearly $100 million in federal funds for equipment and training.
