Rotating 40,000-psi water jets, attached to a robotic arm mounted to the front of a flatbed truck, do the work. The driver controls all operations from the cab, where on-board video shows progress and surrounding traffic. The water jet system removes coatings, membranes and thermal epoxies and leaves a surface ready for restriping and capable of a strong bond.
