Built and owned by the city and operated by Denver-based AEG, the facility will host at least 125 annual events, including minor league hockey and basketball games, arena football games, concerts and family shows.
The arena is the centerpiece of a mixed-used development, the first phase of which is complete. When complete, the mixed-use development, Piemonte at Ontario Center, is projected to generate $10 million to $12 million annual revenue for the city.
