NextGen TDF heavy-duty rubber tracks are manufactured for compact track loaders. The tracks’ Crack and Cut Quarantine rubber formula is intended to prevent minor damage from spreading, increasing service life. Designed to provide a smooth ride and handle large workloads, the tracks feature a continuous belt. The tracks include multiple lugs per pitch, and the tread’s double offset pattern reduces vibration, preventing damage to the undercarriage.

Wheel-fastening tools
Chicago Pneumatic
The CP7600 line of tools are designed to prevent bolts from being under- and over-tightened. Included in the company’s BlueTork family of fastening tools, the line is available in four models. The CP7600 includes a single torque setting in forward only. While the CP7600R includes one torque setting in forward and reverse, the CP7600-4P has four torque settings in forward only. The CP7600R-4P features four torque settings in forward and reverse. The tools are ergonomically designed and are intended to reduce noise and vibration.

Glow plugs are manufactured for diesel-powered, light-duty vehicles and cold start quickly and safely in low temperatures. In freezing temperatures, the glow plugs lift vehicles from zero mph to take-off in seconds. Using the plugs, a diesel engine quickly reaches operating temperatures.

Fuel conversion system
Flex Fuel U.S.
The Flex-Box Smart Kit is a bolt-on ethanol conversion system that allows fleet operators to use E85, E20, E10 and gasoline in their vehicles. The unit can be mounted in the engine compartment of common fleet vehicles, including Ford Crown Victorias, Mercury Grand Marquis and other city and state vehicles. It monitors engine and emission controls, including oxygen sensors, throttle position sensors, engine speed and alcohol/fuel sensors, and provides supplementary fuel injection.

The Networkfleet 3500 is an in-vehicle wireless system for monitoring fleet operations. Designed for use with light, medium and heavy vehicles, the unit uses GPS technology to transmit location and engine information directly from the vehicle to a secure Web page. Fuel consumption, mileage, speed, emissions and idle-time also can be accessed. The system sends e-mail notifications when a diagnostic problem is detected or when a vehicle is due for maintenance. It also features a rugged, automotive-grade exterior, positive retention connectors and tamper-evident capabilities.

Engine degreaser
Krylon
Sprayon is a non-corrosive, non-staining degreaser that removes dirt, grease and varnish from engines without damaging wiring, insulation, distributor caps and painted surfaces. Made for automotive and marine engines, machinery, tools, greasy floors, and shop and mechanical equipment, the degreaser is biodegradable and water-soluble. It is available in 12-oz. aerosol cans.

EverLast is a high-definition induction system with a long life span to reduce bulb changes in hard-to-reach areas, such as high ceilings, above machinery, tunnels and warehouses. Available with high-color rendition, the system has a 100,000-hour lamp life and comes in a variety of wattages and fixture styles. It is manufactured for use in temperatures as low as -40° F. The system features a high-lumen maintenance of up to 70% over the first 60,000 hours of use. The Model DSS is available in 30″ × 23.5″ and 20″ × 15″ sizes. Featuring a flared reflector and rounded dome housing, the fixture is manufactured for wall- or pole-mounting and can be used in wet locations. A self-contained ballast compartment allows the electrical module to be replaced quickly during maintenance. It features a specular-segmented reflector and clear tempered glass lens for wide-angle illumination. Symmetrical and asymmetrical light distribution also is available in 50 to 400 wattages. Constructed of corrosion-resistant cast aluminum, the fixture has a textured polyester powder coat. It is available in a variety of color finishes, such as dark bronze, black and white silver. Custom colors also are available.

The system uses GPS and cellular technology to constantly track individuals and vehicles both indoors and outdoors. The system features a tracking device and uses the company’s Web-based FocalPoint software, which captures location history of tracked vehicles, to follow vehicles in real time. The device can be installed under a vehicle using a magnet mount.

Protective film
ShatterGARD
VehicleGARD is an adhesive protective film for car windows that can withstand flying debris and penetration from items such as a tire iron or pipe. The film keeps windows intact when broken and eliminates shards of glass. No additional weight is placed on a vehicle, and the film allows the windows to operate properly. Able to be custom-fitted to any vehicle window, the film is intended to add extra security for unattended vehicles.

Law Enforcement Associates
The Graffiti Cam records high-resolution video images and notifies law enforcement officials of graffiti-related activities. The camera is activated when movements associated with graffiti are detected and sends text messages to cell phones and images to appropriate public safety officials. Available with an all-weather enclosure, the unit can capture up to 6,000 images at 0.1 seconds per frame. Images can be recorded from 2′ to ¼ mile away. The camera also can be used to monitor drug- and gang-related activity, vandalism and theft.

The Radiation Analytics Detection System, V-RADS, can identify radioactive materials by analyzing surveillance videos. Designed to prevent dirty bomb attacks, the system identifies radiation when high-energy gamma rays and particles come into contact with security cameras’ sensors. The system operates using a subscription-based software, which also incorporates active alerts. It can be integrated with closed circuit television security systems and other existing video-based surveillance systems.

The Ice Bear is an air conditioning system that stores thermal energy to shift air conditioning load to off-peak hours. Compatible with rooftop and split-system air conditioners, the module operates the condensing unit during the night to freeze water that is stored in an insulated storage tank. Using 300 watts of energy, the unit circulates standard refrigerant through coils in the stored ice to cool during peak hours.

The Eco-ECT is manufactured for static-controlled environments to dissipate harmful static electricity. The coating, which also increases light reflectivity, is not harmful to the environment, as it requires less solvent to reduce evaporation and contamination, and is odor-free. The Bird Jolt FlatTrack releases a mild shock to birds that land on surfaces, such as ledges and signs. It is not harmful to birds but conditions them to avoid the areas. Manufactured of flexible, lightweight PVC, it is available in several colors and will not damage surfaces.

The FlowAlert is a wireless alarm manufactured to monitor wastewater collection systems. Using two float switches, the alarm notifies users with date- and time-stamped depth information. Users are alerted to unusual flow conditions, including low, high and critical high depth, through text or e-mail messages. Advanced circuit configurations help reduce power to increase battery life. It can be installed as a stand-alone unit or combined with a flow-monitoring network. Available with a submersible enclosure, the alarm does not require external power sources or cabling. It is compatible with the company’s IntelliServe software, allowing users to access alarm events, alarm history and logged depth data online. A depth sensor that records actual depth readings for depth trending and flow calculation is optional.

Metering Pump

The Chem-Pro C2 Series is available with a low-flow diaphragm with an output of up to 25.6 gallons per hour. A high-flow diaphragm with output of up to 37.7 gallons per hour also is available. Both configurations feature a working pressure of up to 150 pounds per square inch. With a 3,400-hour brush life, the pump includes a variable speed motor that can be adjusted up to 100%. A pump head and adapters, and ball valves also are available. The unit comes with a powder-coated aluminum housing and includes a digital touch pad control with a back-lit LCD display. It also features the company’s leak detection system, which shuts off the pump when a chemical leak is detected in the pump head.
