The Construction Sciences Research Foundation — Garry Zettersten has been named executive director of the Baltimore-based foundation. Previously, he was office manager for San Antonio, Texas-based TEC.
MWH — David Healey has joined the Broomfield, Colo.-based water management company as business development executive for the Business Solutions unit. Previously, he was director of public works for Fresno, Calif.
Webb Wheel Products — Pedro Ferro has joined the Cullman, Ala.-based wheel and brake parts manufacturer as president. Previously, he was vice president and general manager of Troy, Mich.-based Arvin Meritor, a manufacturer of car and truck supplies.
Tennant — Don Westman has joined the Minneapolis-based company as vice president for Global Operations. Previously, he was a vice president at Golden Valley, Minn.-based Pentair.
National Truck Equipment Association — Tom Rawson, CEO of Houston-based RKI, has been elected the 43rd president of the Farmington Hills, Mich.-based association.
