More than 75 Kansas counties are planning in 2006 to activate enhanced 911 systems that will help dispatchers locate people in emergency situations calling from cell phones.
More than 75 Kansas counties are planning in 2006 to activate enhanced 911 systems that will help dispatchers locate people in emergency situations calling from cell phones.
