Baltimore officials have begun a citywide initiative called Targeted Enforcement Toward Visible Outcomes (TEVO) to make 6,000 vacant home property owners repair or sell their homes.
Baltimore officials have begun a citywide initiative called Targeted Enforcement Toward Visible Outcomes (TEVO) to make 6,000 vacant home property owners repair or sell their homes. According to the Baltimore Sun, TEVO will give owners less time to comply with city codes, and inspectors will visit more frequently. Baltimore Sun
