The Miami City Commission will consider legislation to ban the feeding of homeless people in a move to drive street people to shelters and churches for the Thanksgiving holiday.
The Miami City Commission will consider legislation to ban the feeding of homeless people in a move to drive street people to shelters and churches for the Thanksgiving holiday.
