Legislation will keep mentally ill out of jail
On Oct. 11, the U.S. Senate passed a House version of the bill, Mentally Ill Offender Treatment and Crime Reduction Act of 2004.
On Oct. 11, the U.S. Senate passed a House version of the bill, Mentally Ill Offender Treatment and Crime Reduction Act of 2004. According to the National Association of Counties, Pres. George W.
